IVC FILTERS

Many times a small filter device is implanted within a vein of a person to catch a blood clot and to prevent serious medical events. However, there has been a very high failure rate of these devices, resulting in serious injuries including stroke and death. The Law Office of Joey Stevens, L.L.C. is reviewing claims where persons have been injured by an IVC device.

HERNIA MESH

There are several manufacturers of hernia mesh products. Some of these products have a high failure rate that results in a reoccurrence of the hernia and other associated medical problems. The Law Office of Joey Stevens, L.L.C. is reviewing cases where the patient had hernia repair and then had to have a subsequent surgery to repair the hernia reoccurrence.

VAGINAL MESH

A product used in surgery – most often for stress incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. The product has been associated with serious complication including “erosion” of the product through the surrounding tissue, causing infection and other serious health issues. ZOLOFT/PAXIL/WELLBUTRIN/EFFEXOR/OTHER SSRI MEDICATIONS
